Weather in Oklahoma can be like a roller coaster. When it comes to heating and air service, the right professional can make the ride much smoother. Bindas Mechanical combines compassion, honesty and integrity with vast experience as the foundation of their unique business model.
George and Sherri Bindas believe that it is their values that set them apart from the many choices available in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) services. A Navy Veteran, George has been in the industry for over 30 years. He and wife, Sherri, strive to ensure that they treat their customers the way they would want to be treated- like family.
“I want to listen to my customers and find out exactly what they’re looking for and give them precisely that, if not more,” said George. Together, they take great pride in the quality of the company’s work and customer satisfaction they provide, with specific attention to detail. “We look for ways to give our customers more for their money with a little bit extra,” said Sherri.
HVAC Services provided by Bindas include installation and replacement for both residential and commercial, repair and preventative maintenance, system evaluations and inspections for real estate property. Their experience in large scale projects spans locally and nationwide.

George specializes in Energy Management Systems, encompassing the use of computer-aided controls to ensure optimum building efficiency for commercial businesses to save them money. “Think of it as cruise control in a car,” he said. “It is an adaptive, learning system that enables equipment to run the most efficiently.” He is also a certified professional for both mechanical and controls for HVAC. “Very few people can do both mechanical and control systems,” said Sherri, “but we can provide those services in one call.” A control system can sense when the system’s settings are out of range and can send a notification or alarm to make sure the system is repaired before it goes down. “It’s like a glorified thermostat with all the bells and whistles,” said George. The Management Control Systems are most practical for commercial use.
For residential, George stays up-to-date with certifications and training to keep up with the latest in HVAC technology, including smart thermostat controls for the tech-savvy. Some newer thermostats enable control from a smartphone or device.
With spring on the horizon, they recommend a seasonal tuneup to make sure that air service is in tip-top shape. “Routine maintenance can prevent break-downs,” said George. “It’s best to find small problems early before they become major, more expensive issues.” Spring service will include cleaning filters and coils, checking electrical data and levels, and ensure proper cooling on startup.
For all commercial, residential or industrial needs, Bindas Mechanical wants to earn your business. “It’s important to us to go over and above the norm,” said Sherri. “We are going to be fair and honest, and just do more for our customers.”
