Portable Building
Attention all outdoor fanatics – winter is almost over! It’s time once again to put an end to our annual hibernation and grow something green.
All our time spent outdoors can have its challenges, though. It requires a lot of stuff to keep our lawns and homes well-maintained. Lawn mowers, leaf blowers, pruning sheers, seeders, hoes, rakes, ladders, hoses… you name it. Chances are, over time, all that stuff has wound up in your garage and now there’s no place to park your car.
The Armbristers of Claremore have got the answer for you: portable outdoor buildings. Since 2007, Lewis and Patricia Armbrister have been selling stylish, quality-constructed portable buildings by Derksen.
“Our buildings sell themselves,” said Patricia. “We welcome anyone who is thinking about purchasing a portable building to walk around the lot and get an idea of size and quality. You won’t get a pushy salesman at our place, just lots of room to look. When you’re ready to talk or have questions, just come see me at the house next door to the lot.”
Patricia also offers a choice of brochures with pricing, sizes, materials and other information to take with you while making a decision about a portable building.
While Derksen buildings can be purchased or leased-to-own, Patricia explains that she offers good discounts on buildings that have been repossessed.
“Regardless of your need, Derksen can provide you a building, new or used,” she said. “After you make the decision to get a portable building, check out our large inventory.”
Derksen’s portable buildings, sheds, garages and cabins also include an industry-leading warranty on treated Wood Strand Technology siding, which resists fungal rot and decay, termites, splitting, cracking and warping in a rich cedar grain texture.
Shingled roofs come with a 30-year warranty, while the 29-gauge standard metal roofs come with a 40-year warranty. The company also offers a five-year craftsmanship warranty.
With Derksen’s buy-or-lease program and no credit check, customers can save money when compared to renting at a storage facility long-term. “Buying or leasing a Derksen building is hassle-free,” says Patricia. “You can lease or purchase a building up to 60 months.” There is also no penalty for early payoff. Delivery and setup are available at no extra charge.
“To fit your budget, we can discuss your building needs and the best options for you,” says Patricia. “We can discuss metal buildings, which can be less expensive from Derksen with the same quality workmanship.”
The Armbristers have two additional locations: Oologah, located right at Creekside Nursery, or Highway 20 East, next to Kum & Go by the turnpike in Claremore. “Our son, Jeff, is managing that location,” she adds.
