“On any given night, we’re the best party in Tulsa,” Vollbrecht said.

Flying Tee isn’t about just fun and games, either. They operate a “from-scratch” kitchen, boasting high quality recipes and one of the biggest gluten-free menus in Tulsa. Vollbrecht’s recommendation? The brisket tacos. “If you don’t love them, I’ll buy them,” he said.

“We want people to be excited to come back before they even leave,” Vollbrecht said, “If you came last summer, come again.” Improvements over their first year have made Flying Tee better than ever.
