Mike Fitzpatrick, Classic Chevrolet service department manager.
If you feel that all car dealerships are the same, you’re in for a pleasant surprise at Classic Chevrolet. Complete customer satisfaction is their goal, and has led to the “Yes, Classic Can!” attitude that permeates every division of this longtime Owasso business.
If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Dave Callison, new car sales manager, says Classic is the place. With a 70 percent increase in sales, Classic Chevrolet has been working hand-in-hand with General Motors to bring customers the largest selection of vehicles possible. If you are looking to save money at the pump, check out the new Chevy Cruze, which racks up to an impressive 44 miles per gallon. In fact, Chevrolet offers nine vehicles rated to achieve over 30 miles per gallon.
The hybrid Volt was named Motor Trend’s 2011 Car of the Year®, one of the most prestigious honors bestowed in the auto industry. Classic not only sells the Volt, they are one of only a handful of dealers in the state that is 100 percent trained to service them as well. Sales are off the charts for the Chevrolet Camaro, and you can’t go wrong purchasing these stylish vehicles.
Classic has hundreds of trucks in stock, and Callison says customer loyalty is priceless. “Whatever it takes to satisfy your needs and get you in the dream vehicle of your choice, Classic Chevrolet can make it happen. Customer loyalty is priceless and at Classic, a handshake matters.”
Looking for a great previously-owned vehicle for work, the family or a student headed off to college? Steve Fisher, used car manager, explains that Classic has doubled its inventory of used cars since new management took over at the end of 2009. “Our sales are way up, and we have a great selection of Chevys and also other brands, including imports.” He also shared that they specialize in locating vehicles for people and offer cars in all price ranges, starting at $2,900.
Classic has four managers dedicated to finding you the best possible financing options, and you can cruise the lot in the convenience of a golf cart driven by your Classic team member to make shopping easy and comfortable. “It’s all about going the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied,” Fisher adds.
Once you have your vehicle, maintaining it is the key to trouble-free operation. The service department at Classic Chevrolet is truly outstanding, and their fully trained technicians offer over 300 years of combined service and parts experience, as well as state-of-the-art equipment to take care of all your vehicle’s needs the first time.
Service Manager Mike Fitzpatrick has been with Classic for 20, years and Parts Manager Scott Garrison has booked 14 years. Fitzpatrick comments that they know most of their customers by name and have built relationships over the years based on trust.
The department boasts 28 service bays and the latest equipment, including the Hunter laser alignment machine, Hunter brake lathe and the DSP-9700 Roadforce Tire balancer. “We have six handheld Tech 2’s for diagnostics and wireless programming capabilities,” says Fitzpatrick. “Customers may not know exactly what that is, but rest assured, it gives us the tools to diagnose and repair problems from bumper to bumper.”
Classic Chevrolet offers a direct line to the service department, where a real, live person answers the phone. “If you have an issue with your vehicle, the last thing you want is to leave a voicemail and wonder when someone will respond,” says Fitzpatrick. “We want to exceed the customer’s expectations from our first contact; we want to be their lifetime dealership.”
Classic Chevrolet is conveniently located at the 86th Street North exit of Highway 169 in Owasso. Service hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Can they satisfy your vehicle needs? Yes, Classic can!
