Rusty Magiera, General Manager for United Ford Parts Distribution Center, recently announced that the Ford Customer Service Division has launched Omnicraft, an all-new brand of replacement parts for all makes of non-Ford vehicles.
Omnicraft joins the Ford Family of brands that also includes Ford and Motorcraft. With the Ford parts heritage extending over the past century, Omnicraft represents excellent quality and fit and is so deemed a preferred choice of professional automotive technicians and individual DIY enthusiasts.
“The Omnicraft addition represents quality and competitively-priced parts for all vehicle brands and they are available at the United Ford Parts Distribution Center in Broken Arrow. All our parts come with the best parts warranty in the industry…two years for most, longer for others,” said Magiera.
“United Ford is proud of our 96% off-shelf fill rate. It emphatically says, we have your parts.” Their location has been on East 61st Street just east of Garnett for 14 years. Still, many residents are still unaware that they sell wholesale to the public as well as to Ford dealerships, independent repair centers and collision centers. “Everyone is welcome,” says Magiera. United Ford is the only parts distribution center owned by Penske in the U.S. and they ship anywhere in the country. They are excited to be offering Omnicraft products for all vehicle makes complete with Ford’s industry-leading warranty. “Omnicraft is OE (original equipment) quality offered at a great savings. Don’t be afraid to walk up to our warehouse parts counter. Everyone is welcome,” emphasizes Magiera. Initial Omnicraft offerings target the most requested parts that include oil filters, brake pads and rotors, loaded struts, starters and alternators. Inventories will continue to grow as demand grows.

He is personable, likeable, quite knowledgeable and knows vehicle parts. He also knows the technical terminologies of specialty cars in both English and Spanish. Milton started working in the warehouse when he was 17 years old and was quickly promoted to Sales. “He was a great addition to our Sales Floor,” says Magiera, “because of his incredible knowledge, willingness to help and his love of automobiles.”
Milton says, “All the personnel on our sales floor are great! We all work as a unified team to keep us heading in the right direction when serving our customers. I really believe we provide the best and quickest service available anywhere.”
