AVB Promotes Adam Doubek to Internal Control Officer

AVB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Doubek. Doubek will be transitioning to the position of Internal Control Officer. He will serve as the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager that includes implementation and oversight responsibility. Along with performing all branch audit functions, preparing tracking reports for management response and resolution to report findings and recommendations for internal and external audits and regulatory exams.

Doubek has been with AVB Bank since 2014, where he has served as Lead Teller and Personal Banker for the past six years.

AVB Bank Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Randy Waldrup, stated, “Adam has been a quality asset to the bank for many years and we are ecstatic for him and the new opportunity!” Waldrup continued, “Adam’s background as a lead teller and personal banker will ease the transition into this new role. I look forward to working with him each day.”

Doubek is originally from Neosho, Missouri. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas and is currently working on his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance. Doubek enjoys spending his time outdoors with his wife, Bethany, and kids, Gabriel, Penelope, and Archer.
