Bob Moore Nissan of Tulsa serves northeastern Oklahoma. The Bob Moore name is a long-time, well-known automotive leader throughout the state. The Tulsa staff is dedicated to making your experiences there quick and hassle-free, whether you’re buying a vehicle or bringing one in for service. Fixed Operations Manager Jarrett Rector says, “Our professional staff pays attention to the needs of our customers.”
Jarrett has been in the automotive business 31 years and has headed Bob Moore Nissan’s service department for nearly two years. “I can’t say enough about the seasoned professionals in our service department,” he says. Service Advisors are Paul Frailey with 23 years experience; Steve Eaves with 16 years; and Jeff Been, six years, who serves Bob Moore Nissan as express service advisor. They also have two Nissan certified master technicians and three Nissan certified technicians on staff.
Warranty Administrator Jackie Nichols says, “Jarrett grew up fixing automobiles and he can still work on any vehicle that comes through our service department.” Jarrett also puts his name on every service ticket with his personal phone number so customers can call him direct if they have specific questions or concerns about the services performed.
In 2013, the Bob Moore Nissan service department won the Top Performer Award in the Bob Moore Auto Group. They were also number one in customer retention region-wide through Nissan, which includes 80 dealerships. “I’ve found that if you treat employees like they make a difference, they will,” said Jarrett. “The Bob Moore name has a great reputation in Oklahoma City, where Mr. Moore started in the automotive business, and our Tulsa dealership is focused on building that same reputation for many years to come.” Bob Moore Nissan of Tulsa was also number one in customer retention in their first year after Bob Moore bought the dealership nearly five years ago. “We are now listed in the top 10 dealerships for warranty retention in our region in the four categories for which the award is based,” added Jarrett.
Bob Moore Nissan actively focuses on education throughout the Tulsa metro area by making donations to schools and other organizations. The Bob Moore Heritage Award is an annual Nissan employee recognition program, and all employees look forward to traveling to Oklahoma City, where this year’s program winners will be announced.
“We care about our customers and our employees,” said Jarrett. The “CORE values” for Bob Moore Nissan include Commitment, Opportunity, Respect and Empowerment. Come in and let them win your trust today.
