Broken Arrow City Council Approves Development Requests

Seven projects were brought before Broken ArrowCity Council for review during the July 2024 meetings.

  • The council approved a rezoning request for Northside Christian Church, located a quarter mile north of Kenosha Street and east of Elm Place.
  • A planned unit development was approved for an undeveloped property on the northwest corner of Ash Avenue and Houston Street.
  • Another planned unit development was approved for the Forest Ridge Tennis Facility, located half a mile south of Kenosha Street and west of Midway Road.
  • The council approved a rezoning request for Three Oaks, a proposed single family residential development located north of Washington Street and east of County Line Road.
  • A comprehensive plan change was approved for Iron Buck Acres, located west of Oneta Road and north of Kenosha Street.
  • A comprehensive plan change for 17 acres at the northwest corner of County Line Road and Albany Street was approved.
  • A planned unit development was approved for Hillside Villas, located east of Elm Place and south of Omaha Street.
