Owner Bill Knight, Service Manager Bill Duensing and General Manager Kelly Summers are proud of the ever-evolving changes focusing on outstanding customer services that keep Bill Knight Ford a significant leader in the automotive industry.

Bill Knight Ford is an award-winning Ford dealership that keeps its sights on improving the customer experience. Selected as the recipient of the Ford Motor Company’s Presidents Award for four consecutive years, Bill Knight Ford continues to receive national recognition as one of the leading Ford dealerships in Oklahoma and the United States. Mr. Knight and his dealership continue raising the industry standard bar each year. “We’ve made a lot of changes over the years as we continually strive to make buying a car and related services as simple and enjoyable as humanly possible.” Bill Knight Ford recently opened up their indoor showroom to make it more user-friendly and inviting, plus create more space for displaying vehicles.

Bill Knight Ford also recently completed construction of an all new and separate Fleet Center to house a revamped fleet sales department. “We identified and responded to the needs of companies in the metro Tulsa area,” said Mr. Knight. “As the economy has begun recovering and new home builds have increased, many companies are now replacing their fleets with new vehicles.” Knight has added five full-time sales staff members with a vision of serving the needs of that market.

The automotive detail department will also be housed in the new Fleet Center. Knight says the dealership’s detail department had outgrown its current space. With the department now located in the new Fleet Center, detail has effectively tripled their square footage. They operate state-of-the-art automotive detailing equipment to ensure total customer satisfaction. With the move to the new space, car washing capabilities have also been improved and they still provide a no-charge car wash to every service customer.

Those interested in adding to their personal or company fleet will want to check out the new Ford Transit Connect. The Transit Connect is a compact cargo van that’s big on capability. It can maneuver tight city streets, including letting you parallel park with relative ease. Loading and unloading the Transit Connect is made easier with its low-load height and a choice of two rear cargo door angles. It also has large side panels to make sure company name, logo and graphics are prominently displayed. According to Mr. Knight, “The Transit Connect is the ideal compact cargo van.”

The Transit Connect has a maximum payload of 1,600 pounds, and it is easy to customize the interior to fit specific needs. If your goal is to move people, the Transit Connect Wagon will seat up to five passengers and still provide storage behind the second-row seat. The Transit Connect is very accommodating and attractive. It is available with SYNC® so you can stay in touch with hands-free calling and much more. While the Transit Connect is a ruggedly built truck, certified to Ford Light Commercial Vehicle Durability Standards, it also offers the comfort and efficiency of a car.

“A” rated with the Better Business Bureau, you’ll want to visit Bill Knight Ford whatever your automotive needs may be. They pride themselves on professionalism and continually make changes that enable them to create long-term relationships with their customers.
