Join us as we kick off the 2021 Buy Bixby season. The Buy Bixby program highlights the Bixby business community, while featuring a variety of merchants, products and services. The increase in sales tax collections helps the City of Bixby provide necessary services to its residents and merchants. The Buy Bixby program is one of the state's most successful holiday shopping programs! It is designed to build awareness of, and excitement about, Bixby businesses. The Buy Bixby program provides people within our community and throughout the region with greater exposure to what Bixby has to offer. It helps keep more of our local citizens' shopping dollars in our community while drawing in new shoppers from outside of our community. The most exciting incentive of this program is cash and prizes during the most wonderful time of the year! We will be giving away cash prizes and more! Register to win at the event. Must be over 18 to win.

47 Days of skating beneath the skyline 14 Years celebrating the holiday 9,000 Square feet of beautifully maintained ice to skate on Arvest Winterfest The time has come to bundle up and enjoy the magical spirit of the holidays as Tulsa's favorite winter festival returns to downtown Tulsa. The 14th Annual Arvest Winterfest presented with CommunityCare will kick off another season of holiday fun later this month. Named by People Magazine as the top holiday destination in Oklahoma, Arvest Winterfest presented with CommunityCare will be open from Friday, November 19 through Monday, January 3. This year, ice skating returns back outside BOK Center on Third Street. Event organizers have placed a heavy focus on the health and safety of its guests so they will be able to safely experience the magic of the holiday season! Additionally, Winterfest will feature a multitude of preventative measures as advised by the Tulsa Health Department and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). For more information on what we're doing to keep guests safe, see our COVID safety guidelines tab. Over the last 14 years, attendance for this event has soared from 35,000 visitors in 2008 to more than 150,000. Courtesy of Arvest, patrons receive half-price admission for skating on Mondays with the donation of a non-perishable canned good, benefiting the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. Rhema Christmas Lights Extravaganza is a brilliant display of dazzling lights that began with about 60,000 lights in 1982. Now in its 40th year, nearly three million lights adorn the 110-acre campus. The glittery lights will begin shining at 6 p.m. Wednesday, November 24 (Thanksgiving Eve) and continue through January 2, from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. (rain, snow, or shine). The display typically draws around 500,000 visitors from Oklahoma and surrounding states. Admission is free. Back again is the "Christmas tree forest," a 50-figure nativity scene, 3D angels and reindeer, and a gingerbread family, complete with lollipops and gumdrops. And as always, the vibrant Rhema Park bridge acts as a remarkable centerpiece for the entire display. Rhema's Christmas lights display was designed to provide a safe, peaceful, and fun atmosphere in which people can enjoy the Christmas season. We want to bless our community and point visitors to Jesus Christ—the Light of the World—and the real meaning of Christmas.

Postmodern Jukebox, also widely known by the acronym PMJ, is a rotating musical collective founded by arranger and pianist Scott Bradlee in 2011. PMJ is known for reworking popular modern music into different vintage genres, especially early 20th Century forms such as swing and jazz. Postmodern Jukebox has amassed over 1.2 billion YouTube views and 4 million subscribers. Each week, Postmodern Jukebox releases a new video on YouTube. Although originally most were filmed casually in Bradlee's living room, sets became more elaborate over time. The band has covered songs by artists ranging from Lady Gaga and The Strokes to Katy Perry and the White Stripes. Since their beginnings as a small group of friends making music in a basement in Queens, New York, Postmodern Jukebox has gone on to feature 70 different performers and tour six continents.

Bold OS | Operating System for Success is a comprehensive sales training and sales leadership workshop are for business owners and sales professionals who are doing great but my sometimes be: Sick & tired of roller coaster sales results with some seasons feeling more like a droughtExhausted from playing the numbers game, wasting time, energy, and money chasing prospects and following up with prospects who are never going to buy anywaySettling with average results and at best wonder if you’re the problem instead of a failed sales processIf you’ve ever wondered why prospecting sucks for so many sales professionals, why when you ask for referrals they say they’ll have to get back to you, or why you end up giving away all your free information, bids, quotes, and proposals and get sent to voice mail jail instead of closing the big deals, this workshop might be for you. In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll learn… Why old school sales tricks, high-pressure techniques, and outdated processes just aren’t working like they used toHow your prospects respond subconsciously to your sales tactics or lack thereofWhy the good gal or good guy approach isn’t a scalable sales model, andAt a high level, how Bold OS | Operating System for Sales Success measures up. It’s a throwdown… Old School vs. Bold School.FAQs How is this workshop any different than most other sales Training? Our sales coaches aren’t know-it-all gurus and won’t speak against other sales training. In reality, any sales process that can be refined and followed over time is clearly better than shooting from the hip.If you’d like to, visit with clients when you’re at the workshop. You’ll be able to speak with many of them to ask about their personal experience with Bold OS.What should I bring to the event? Please bring your attention by eliminating distractionsBring your live video feedCan I invite others to attend?Of course, however, they must RSVP through this link, as this link is for members and first-time visitors only.

Welcome to Bold Moms!We seek to connect and elevate professional moms, grandmas, and ladies to give them a safe, fun environment to grow their businesses, without all the rules, regulations, and commitments that come with other networking groups. We know that being a professional woman, mother, and grandmother can be overwhelming with having to balance personal, professional, and family responsibilities. In addition to providing like-minded ladies to support each other, we’ll also seek to introduce you to your ideal clients in person whenever possible, and help you rapidly expand your network and resources to preserve as much time as possible for the balance of what can sometimes be overwhelming. Midtown Bold Moms meet monthly for lunch (and a glass of wine or cocktail, if you’d like) for 1 1/2 hours on the last Tuesday of each month. Please consider arriving early and sticking around for a bit to start and grow relationships, order lunch, and get your seat. We’ll start the official meeting promptly at 11:30 am. There is no long-term commitment, just come months you’d like and share what you do, business cards, other promotional items, and gratitude. We keep it simple because networking and growing your business around juggling all of your other responsibilities doesn’t have to be a difficult grind. We hope you’ll have some fun, make some new friends, efficiently expand your network, and dramatically impact your bottom line. Networking is definitely easier, more fun, and far more efficient with friends, so please consider inviting other ladies you feel might appreciate knowing about this event. Bold Moms allows for two representatives for each industry. For example, two realtors, two residential property casualty insurance agents, two life insurance agents, two nutritional supplements companies, etc. Seats are reserved on a first registered, first-served basis, so please consider getting your tickets right away. Events are $25 which includes lunch, beverage without alcohol, tax, and gratuity. 100% of Net Profits from each event plus any additional contributions are donated to our favorite local charities. FAQsIs this event restricted to moms only?Absolutely, not. We welcome all ladies committed to uplifting and encouraging moms, grandmas and other women in their professional endeavors. What can I bring to the event? Please bring plenty of business cards, flyers, and any promotional materials. If you don’t have any of that stuff, no worries! Just bring your winning attitude and be loved on by other professional ladies. Is this networking event industry exclusive?Yes, we do limit each industry to two ladies per industry. Meaning there will only be no more than two real estate agents, two insurance agents, two cosmetics, two nutrition, etc. How do I secure my industry? You secure your industry by attending two consecutive events. Your business cards can be placed in the member’s area. Similarly, you give up your industry by not attending two consecutive events. If for some reason you aren’t able to attend an event, you are able to send a substitute to preserve your industry. Is advance registration required?Yes. In order to secure your industry, you’ll need to pre-register at the conclusion of each event or online on BoldNetworking.com or Eventbrite. If you’re not registered, your seat is available for a visitor to attend. Can I represent multiple industries? In today’s day and age, many ladies have a side hustle or two or three. In order to protect overlapping industries and limit confusion, we ask that you maintain the primary industry you’ve registered with and only present and discuss your primary industry. In Connect Meetings, anything goes as long as it is pitch and recruiting free. What is a “Connect Meeting?”“Connect Meetings” are getting to know you, pitch and recruiting free appointments with a peer to share problems solved and ideal prospects. We get together over a cup of coffee, tea, or lunch so we can begin to know, like, and trust in each other personally and professionally without pressure to pass leads or do business. Is recruiting okay at events or “Connect Meetings?”Bold Moms loves network marketing and direct sales and completely understands you have every reason to be excited about the income side of your business. However, we ask that you stay strictly focused during your presentations and discussions on sharing information about services, products, and events. So, events are recruiting and opportunity free. During a Connect Meeting, you are welcome to talk about your opportunity ONLY after you’ve received explicit permission to discuss that aspect of your business. What can I expect from Bold Moms?As a Bold Mom, you should expect us to: Uplift and encourage you at all timesGet to know you through Connect Meetings, charitable and monthly after-hours eventsIntroduce you to your ideal prospects…”in person” whenever possible;Connect with you on social media to help promote youInvite guests to register for these events for you to meet and rapidly expand your network Is anyone compensated for leading, administering, or organizing Bold Moms?Nope. 100% of Net Profits are donated to a chosen charity quarterly. Bold Networking bears all the administrative costs, website maintenance, and other indirect expenses for these events as our way of giving back to both our communities and our ladies who help make them thrive. Our goal is to make a meaningful contribution to charities in our metro area. Full accounting for every penny is available upon request. After the cost of lunches, taxes, gratuities, merchant services fees, and any actual operating expenses are deducted from registrations, the rest is donated to charity along with any additional contributions and fundraisers conducted throughout the quarter. Organizers don’t get compensated or even their lunches for free, and they certainly don’t win trips. How do we decide which charities are supported with the proceeds and additional donations? Each quarter we will choose a charity to support from nominated charities. Members, especially the nominators, are welcome to attend the delivery of funds. How do we nominate a local charity? You can enter your recommendations when you register for the event. Can I bring my kids? Is there childcare available? As much as we love kids, this event is specifically for you to have a little time to work on your business and grow adult relationships. What’s the refund policy?Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is canceled for inclement weather or reasons beyond our control, refunds will not be issued. Instead, 100% of net profits will be donated to charity.

Cash Mobs are casual networking events around the Tulsa Metro area that help support locally owned businesses. But our Christmas Cash Mob is WAY more nicer and WAY more fun if that is even possible. While usually these events are FREE to adults and professionals that may appreciate learning about networking the cost will be determined by the venue so stay tuned. Bold Networking’s Tulsa Social Directors Team set up our monthly Cash Mob events and Holiday Parties. A very special thank you to these amazingly talented and super influential professionals for being a party of this committee. If you have any suggestions or a Cash Mob location please contact out Tulsa RVP Cory Snelson, she would be happy to get the location on the schedule! Remember to bring your business card to share with someone you’d like to have a connect meeting with and possibly enter in to win one of our awesome door prizes!! Please consider RSVPing on Eventbrite and Facebook and sharing with your friends. It typically helps to specifically invite a few people in addition to sharing with your whole network. You can see our entire events list and search by area, a day of the week, and many other variables to find events near you.https://boldnetworking.com/member-events/ Best of Success, Robert Johnson
