First Lady Nog & Glogg Off

Get ready for a spirited evening in Tulsa during the annual First Lady Nog and Glogg Off. This event is a friendly contest between the Tulsa Arts District's restaurants and bars, providing guests a unique opportunity to sample the establishments' eggnog and glogg (spiced mulled wine) quaffs at one event. Along with a large selection of seasonally flavored drinks, the Nog Off will include live music and hors d'oeuvres. Celebrate the holiday season during this festive Tulsa event.

Santa at the Market

December 1-7, 2024

Visit the Mother Road Market along Route 66 in Tulsa for the Santa at the Market event. Complete your holiday shopping while sipping on hot cocoa and listening to holiday music at this festive market. Each Friday through December, shop for seasonal must-have gifts created by local artists. This special seasonal Maker Market will feature heirloom wood homewares, jewelry, artwork, marbles and glass, prints and accessories.

Santa Cash in Claremore

Santa Cash is an annual campaign designed to keep the shopping dollars in Claremore during the Christmas season. The campaign helps create awareness to the citizens of Claremore of the local businesses that Claremore has to offer. This year's live drawing will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024at 11 a.m. at the Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs grandstand.

Carriage Rides Throughout the Rose District

Experience the charm of the season with free horse-drawn carriage rides through the picturesque Rose District on select nights throughout the holiday season! Glide through the beautifully lit streets, surrounded by the festive sights and sounds of Christmas, as you take in the magic of downtown Broken Arrow. Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights

Embark on a winter adventure to the Woolaroc Ranch, Museum & Wildlife Preserve near Bartlesville for the annual Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights. Visitors to this much-loved event are invited to ride a wagon or stroll the grounds to enjoy a spectacular display of more than 750,000 glistening lights decorating the Woolaroc grounds and facilities, creating an illuminating atmosphere of magical holiday wonder. Bring the family to Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights and enjoy live entertainment, snack on holiday refreshments, and visit Santa Claus in the museum.

Winter Wonderland

Watch Tulsa's Gathering Place come alive with holiday sights and sounds during the annual Winter Wonderland. This year’s celebration features a wintry wildlife theme and includes thousands of twinkling lights, festive activities, and local shopping at the winter market. Let your little ones meet Santa and Mrs. Claus on Saturdays and Sundays, or enjoy various rotating activities at the Winter Wonderland workshop. Round out your evening by dancing alongside the elves, savoring themed treats, and listening to merry live music. Don’t miss the Winter Wonderland festival when it returns to the Gathering Place this winter.

Fantasy Land of Lights

December 1-30, 2024

Bring the family out for this drive-through Christmas light show at Johnstone Park in Bartlesville. Enjoy the music, synchronized lighted tunnel, animated displays and thousands of lights decorating the park each night throughout the end of November and the entire month of December. Snack on candy canes while being dazzled by the different colors and shapes coming together for a park full of Christmas cheer.

Kringle’s Christmas Land

December 1-31, 2024 | 5:30 - 10 p.m.

Experience Victorian-era Christmas in the modern age as you walk through Kringle's Christmas Land in Jenks. During this magical winter event, experience a voice-narrated holiday story with life-size animated displays from the 1940s-1990s. Besides hand painted human animations, visitors can also see Santa and his reindeer, as well as other animals. The elaborate special effects and realistic snow blowing in the middle of the blizzard scene truly bring vintage family Christmas elements to life.

Rhema Christmas Lights

December 1-31, 2024

Join thousands of visitors at the annual Rhema Christmas Lights and witness over three million shimmering lights synchronized to Christmas music across 110 acres. This much-loved light display in Broken Arrow began in 1982 and has been attracting visitors ever since. Experience the wonder of illuminated festive figures like a gingerbread family with lollipops and gumdrops, Noah's ark with animals, 3D angels and reindeer, a Christmas tree forest, a 50-figure nativity scene and more. Visitors to the Rhema Christmas Lights can drive through the lights in their own vehicle, get out of the car and walk around the park, or view the spectacular displays from a horse-drawn carriage. Don't miss the Rhema Park bridge, complete with over 90,000 lights draped across the bridge alone. Synchronized to both classic and modern Christmas music, these lights have delighted visitors of all ages. While there, enjoy concessions that include cups of hot chocolate, piping hot coffee or sweet apple cider while venturing into the displays. Popcorn, funnel cakes and other treats will also be available. Admission to Rhema Christmas Lights is free; however, donations are appreciated.

Winterfest

December 1-31, 2024

Downtown Tulsa is transformed into a festive wonderland during Winterfest, an annual holiday tradition. Bring friends and family together for holiday festivities and share the joyful spirit of the season. Experience the thrill of outdoor ice skating, see one of Oklahoma's tallest outdoor Christmas trees, take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage, listen to live entertainment, and browse beautiful holiday light displays. Surrounded by festive nutcrackers, twinkling lights and a 44-foot tree decked out with 35,700 lights, the outdoor ice rink is located adjacent to the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. Head to Third & Denver to enjoy carriage rides that will take you throughout the Winterfest area. Children and adults alike will also be treated to surprise visits from Segway Santa as he wheels his way around the main plaza at the BOK Center passing out candy canes and posing for pictures. Winterfest visitors will also be treated to concessions with all your holiday favorites and a holiday market with unique Made-in-Oklahoma gifts.

Garden of Lights

December 1-31, 2024

Experience animated displays and over 1.2 million shimmering lights at Muskogee's annual Garden of Lights. Drive through Honor Heights Park and view 130 acres of trees, bushes and water areas decorated for the holiday season. Rose and azalea bushes will be illuminated with color, imitating their natural state during the blooming of spring. This Christmas light display will also feature lighted displays of deer, squirrels and birds scattered amongst a wide variety of trees wrapped in lights.

Rhema Christmas Lights

December 1-31, 2024 | 5:30 - 11:30 p.m.

BROKEN ARROW—Get ready for the Christmas season at Rhema Bible Church! Starting at 6 p.m. on November 27, the campus will transform into a winter wonderland with horse-and-buggy rides, hot chocolate, popcorn, and a dazzling display of Christmas lights. The event runs nightly from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. through January 1. Drawing nearly a half million visitors each year, the Rhema Christmas Lights display is a must-see holiday tradition. New and brighter energy-efficient LED lights decorate the 110-acre Rhema campus located at 1025 West Kenosha in Broken Arrow. Walking through the park and around the grounds, you’ll encounter whimsical scenes, including a gingerbread family surrounded by lollipops and gumdrops, a 50-figure nativity scene, and a synchronized musical display of trees and dancing snowflakes. Concessions and horse-and-buggy rides open at 6 p.m. on November 27 and then at 5:30 p.m. each night through January 1. Walk-up concessions are available in the park. Claremore Lake Lights

December 1-31, 2024

Claremore Lake lights will return for the second year! Starting on November 20th, residents and visitors can drive through the Claremore Lake Park and experience the Christmas lights and displays from the comfort of their warm vehicle. Lights will begin each night at dusk and remain on until 10 p.m. through Jan. 4, 2025. The Claremore Lake lights will begin at the Blue Starr Road entrance and displays will be featured throughout the park. Multiple photo opportunities will be available, and visitors are encouraged to use the hashtag #ClaremoreLakeLights on social media to capture and share memories. There is no cost to enjoy the Claremore Lake light display. Before you head out to the Claremore Lake be sure to check out one of our local eateries! Hours: Dusk until 10:00p.m.

Castle Christmas

For the third year, DTP’s award-winning Pop-Up Downtown program brings emerging businesses to life in empty storefronts. This unique initiative, supported by The Commemoration Fund, gives local entrepreneurs short-term, affordable leases to test the Downtown market. Stop by to meet the makers and shop exclusive goods! Glow on the Green

This festive event features thousands of lights and holiday festivities for all ages. On December 3, kick off the season during Lights On, hosted by News on 6 Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer. The evening also includes live entertainment, free photos with Santa and a holiday market featuring more than 30 local vendors. The Glow on the Green holiday lights will be on every night through January 2.

Peter Mayer in Concert

Catch a special holiday show in Tulsa when Peter Mayer brings his "Stars & Promises Christmas Show" to Cain's Ballroom this December. Vinita Christmas Parade of Lights

This holiday parade features themed floats, light displays and a visit from Santa Claus, as well as live entertainment and food vendors. Get your whole family in the holiday spirit with a trip to the Vinita Christmas Parade, featuring this year's "Hometown Christmas" theme.

Christkindlmarkt

For a unique and distinctly European holiday shopping experience head to the Christkindlmarkt put on by the German American Society of Tulsa or GAST. Held the first weekend in December at the GAST center, Christkindlmarkt aims to bring a true German old world holiday shopping experience to the Sooner state. In addition to handmade gifts from dozens of local artists, pick some authentic German collectibles and holiday memorabilia. Children will enjoy the puppet shows and visiting Bethlehem Village, where with any luck they can catch a glimpse of St. Nikolaus. No German event is complete without great food and the Christkindlmarkt doesn’t disappoint. Satisfy that holiday hunger with an order of kartoffelpuffer, potato pancakes with applesauce, bratwurst with sauerkraut, schnitzel sandwiches or gulasch soup. The Gaither Vocal Band in Concert

If you're a gospel music fan, don't miss the Gaither Vocal Band's "All Is Bright Christmas Tour" at the Mabee Center in Tulsa. Since their beginnings in the early 1980s, the Gaither Vocal Band, led by multiple Grammy-winner Bill Gaither, has set the standard for excellence in the gospel music world. First Friday Art Crawl

Since 2007, the Tulsa Arts District has presented the community with rotating art displays as part of the monthly First Friday Art Crawl events. Every first Friday of the month, visitors can explore artwork inside galleries, studios and museums and catch a few live music performances or even an exciting fireworks display. As an added bonus, art crawlers can take advantage of free museum and gallery admission while shopping later than normal business hours would allow. Hit the district early for dinner, or stay a little later for a craft cocktail best enjoyed on an outdoor patio.

Polar Express Pajama Party

December 6-7, 2024 | 6 - 9 p.m.

See the magic of Christmas come alive with a trip to the eighth annual Polar Express Pajama Party in Muskogee. This exciting event welcomes guests to the Roxy Theater, where they will receive their golden ticket. While you watch the Polar Express on screen, Santa's elves will deliver hot chocolate served in a souvenir mug, cookies and a bag of popcorn. After the movie, you'll be transported over to the North Pole (Three Rivers Museum) for a photo op with Santa, who will hand out special gifts to all.

American Theatre Company Presents: A Christmas Carol

Robert Odle and Richard Averill's musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' beloved novella about the joy of giving has been a Tulsa tradition for more than 50 years. Bring the whole family to experience the heartwarming story about Scrooge, a lonely humbug who is given the chance to change his life and find his heart. See this inspiring holiday story at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center's John H. Williams Theatre.

Join in the holiday cheer at the Christmas Parade in Claremore. This year's "Fairy-Tale Christmas" parade begins on Will Rogers Boulevard at the Baptist Church and snakes down to the Claremore Expo Center with plenty of decorated and lighted floats. Bundle up, bring a thermos full of hot chocolate and gather the whole family to see these festive floats. Keep an eye out for the big, jolly elf and you might even catch a glimpse of Santa Claus himself. The Christmas Parade features over 200 entries, and visitors to the parade also have a great view of downtown Claremore's Christmas lights.

Carols & Crumpets

Head to the Tulsa Garden Center for the Carols & Crumpets herbal craft fair this December. You'll find fresh crafts like wreaths, potpourri, topiaries, and holiday greenery. Freshen up your home and pantry with homemade teas, herbal vinegars, soaps, dried florals, and live herbs. You can also finish up your holiday shopping with vintage and handmade items that will make thoughtful gifts.

Tulsa Toy Run

Thousands of bikers descend upon Tulsa Expo Square every winter just in time for the holidays. During the annual Tulsa Toy Run, bikers donate thousands of toys to help kids celebrate the holiday season. Bikers will take off at Tulsa Expo Square and ride over to Guthrie Green to make their festive donations and gather with fellow motorcycle enthusiasts.

Tulsa Ballet Presents: The Nutcracker

December 8-22, 2024

A winter holiday tradition, Tulsa Ballet presents "The Nutcracker" at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Taking audiences back to the original setting of 19th century Germany, this larger-than-life ballet brings the Victorian era to life with lavish visuals to tell the story of a young girl’s magical journey on Christmas Eve. From the epic battle between the Nutcracker Prince’s army of toy soldiers and the Mouse King’s rodent minions, to the enchanting land of the Snow Queen followed by the Sugar Plum Fairy’s Kingdom of Sweets, a cast of close to 100 local children joins the dancers of Tulsa Ballet to create a lifetime of memories for young and old.

Christmas at the Farm

December 12, 13, 14, & 19, 20, 21, 2024 Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 10:00 am – 8:00 p.m. Experience a shepherd’s Christmas at an authentic working farm, nestled inside a cozy Amish-built barn. Step back in time and journey with the shepherds for a peaceful reflection upon the original Christmas night, when Christ was born. Indoor activities include a living manger scene, with live animals and character portrayals, musical performances, storytelling, “A Shepherd’s Christmas” audio-visual story, angel craft, coloring contest, tabletop games, the educational Farm Museum and Silo, fiber arts demonstrations, and Farm Store. Outdoor activities include winter yard games, Christmas lights, wagon rides, tours of the Bible Garden, and a sheep flock reminiscent of the first Christmas pastoral scene. Enjoy a peaceful moment of reflection as this age-old scriptural story springs to life in the Living Nativity. Final Manger Scene for the evening begins at 7:15. Plan on spending 1 – 2 hours for this Christmas experience. Christmas at the Farm will proceed even in the case of inclement weather. The Farm Store will be open, featuring a host of Made in Oklahoma crafts & gifts. Over 70 artisans provide unique hand-made items. Additionally, the shop features Shepherd’s Cross 100% natural wool and alpaca yarns and products. Farm produced food items are available as well as locally made food items. The store also features hand-made fair-trade products, returning 100% of the proceeds to the indigenous peoples that have made the products. Shepherd’s Cross is a Farmer’s Market Hub store, open year-round. Winter is walnut and pecan harvest season. Walnuts, pecans, and nutty treats will be available. As always, this event is donation-based admission. All proceeds benefit missions. Tulsa Christmas Parade

Welcome the holiday season with the Tulsa Christmas Parade. This festive celebration includes floats, bands, drill teams, dancers, and plenty of bright, colorful lights. Crowd favorites among parade onlookers are the gigantic helium balloons escorted by teams of balloon wranglers. Watch as towering balloons float through the streets of downtown Tulsa along the parade route. Bundle up and join family and friends for the highly anticipated Tulsa Christmas Parade to see downtown Tulsa come alive with thousands of people celebrating the spirit of Christmas and the holidays.

Sapulpa Christmas Parade of Lights

Enjoy an old-fashioned holiday parade with festive lights at the Sapulpa Christmas Parade of Lights in historic downtown Sapulpa. Beginning in the 1920s, this highlight of the holiday season has delighted children of all ages. The whole town turns out for this annual event, featuring floats sponsored by local business, church, and civic groups. In addition to the classic cars and vintage fire trucks, enjoy horse-drawn buggies and real-life cowboys. Listen as the marching band plays holiday favorites and be sure to keep an eye out for jolly ol’ St. Nick and Mrs. Claus.

Claremore Christmas Parade

Join in the holiday cheer at the Christmas Parade in Claremore. This year's "Fairy-Tale Christmas" parade begins on Will Rogers Boulevard at the Baptist Church and snakes down to the Claremore Expo Center with plenty of decorated and lighted floats. Bundle up, bring a thermos full of hot chocolate and gather the whole family to see these festive floats. Keep an eye out for the big, jolly elf and you might even catch a glimpse of Santa Claus himself. The Christmas Parade features over 200 entries, and visitors to the parade also have a great view of downtown Claremore's Christmas lights.

Christmas on the Big Screen Collinsville Parade

Whether it's a float, car, or walking group, decorate your entry to celebrate your favorite Christmas movies or capture the magic of filmmaking. Think: classic films, movie reels, clapperboards, and all things cinema! Rumor has it the Jolly one himself will be shining brightly! Plan now to attend the 2024 Christmas on the Big Screen Parade.

Gift Market at the Tulsa Christmas Parade

New this year, DTP partners with the Tulsa Christmas Parade to present the Gift Market, an outdoor holiday shopping event in Chapman Green. Local Vendors: Browse a wide variety of local makers and crafters for unique holiday gifts. Lots of family activities - Enjoy live entertainment, a photo booth, and a “Letters to Santa” area for kids. Also, enjoy extended activities; stop by the market before or after the parade for a complete holiday experience.

Holiday Open House

Come to the Three Rivers Museum in Muskogee for a holiday event the whole family will love. Marvel at the museum's Christmas exhibit and enjoy holiday crafts, hot cocoa and finger foods. Kids will even have a chance to meet Santa, so be sure to bring your camera to this holiday open house. While you're there, be sure to explore the other exhibits on display at the Three Rivers Museum, located in the restored Midland Valley Depot in Muskogee, which is dedicated to presenting the multi-ethnic history and heritage of the American frontier in the Three Rivers area in eastern Oklahoma.

Rudolph Run

Santa’s Workshop & Christmas Parade

Then head over to Santa's Workshop where children can meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus and take photos with them. They'll also be able to make friends with Frosty the Snowman and make crafts for the holidays they can take home. End the evening with a sweet treat of warm cookies and hot cocoa for everyone. The event is a beloved tradition that fosters a sense of togetherness and excitement as the community comes together to celebrate the holiday season.

Justin Echols: Romancing the Holidays

It’ll be a night of holiday favorites with love in the air as jazz musician Justin Echols presents “Romancing The Holidays.” There are two stories we all love: One where the hero is more than he appears and one where the hero rises from the ashes in such glorious triumph, that he shames the tragedy that brought him there. The story of Justin Echols is both! After a traffic collision during the Second Gulf War left Justin with permanent injuries, the United States Army and Oklahoma City Police Veteran began playing jazz piano. Five international tours, a debut at Jazz at Lincoln Center: Dizzy’s Club in New York City, and his honorable mention in Forbes.com, made the 2012 Jazz Hall of Fame inductee infamous. In 2018, Justin’s mind-blowing story was nominated for an Emmy which documented a quick rise from soldier and police officer to an international performing artist. In January of 2020 Justin was granted the South Oklahoma City Chamber’s Native Son Award distinguishing him and his legendary accomplishments. In December 2021 Justin was presented The Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Lee Allen Smith Legacy Award. Justin’s life narrative, unique piano stylings and smooth vocals combine to create an intriguing performance.

The Christmas Express

Step aboard the Christmas Express and let the wonder of the holiday season sweep you away on a journey through the heart of Downtown Bixby! This year, we’re bringing you an unforgettable adventure filled with "The Magic of Christmas," where the spirit of the season comes alive in the most enchanting ways. As you ride a turn-of-the-century trolley, you’ll be treated to festive music, dancers, and surprise guests that will make this journey even more magical. You’ll be invited to step back in time and experience Bethlehem firsthand. Step off the trolley and visit the stable, where you’ll encounter Mary, Joseph, and the baby Jesus surrounded by all the stable animals. The Christmas Express departs from the Hub (12 W. Dawes) every 45 minutes, taking you on a journey that will end at the Bixby Historical Society. Once there, you’ll have the chance to meet and take photos with Santa himself, warm up with a cup of complimentary hot chocolate, and stroll through the enchanting Festival of the Trees! Join us for an evening where The Magic of Christmas surrounds you at every turn. We can't wait to share this special journey with you aboard the Christmas Express!

Christmas at the Farm

December 19-21, 2024

Come to this Christmas at the Farm at Shepherd's Cross, a working farm and Christian mission, to walk through a living, interactive nativity depicting the birth of Jesus Christ. Come, take a peaceful stroll back in time and enjoy live character portrayals, including over one hundred costumed participants. Live animals in the nativity scene include sheep, mules, donkeys, chickens, guineas and horses. The animals are housed in a real, working barn, as this event is an indoor nativity. This year, Christmas at the Farm will feature two drama performances: Elisabeth, the story of Christ’s birth from Elizabeth’s (John the Baptist’s mother) perspective and The Inn Keeper’s Wife, the story of Christ’s birth from the Innkeeper’s Wife’s perspective. These will be offered every hour. Shepherd's Shop will also be open during the event and will feature farm-fresh pecans, Amish pecan candies, baked goods and hot beverages, as well as festive Christmas and sheep-related gifts. A wide variety of unique Christmas items and handmade items will be available this Christmas season.

Tulsa Holiday Winter Circuit

The Tulsa Holiday Winter Circuit is held at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex at Expo Square in Tulsa. This AQHA-approved horse show features a full slate of Western and English events as well as roping and working cowhorse. Also included are the Versatility Ranch Horse classes that showcase the talents of a working ranch horse. Watch the graceful, well-groomed horses and talented riders as they display their abilities for the crowds.
