Residents around Broken Arrow are gearing up to beautify the city! The annual Keep Broken Arrow Beautiful Trash Bash & Recycling Rally is back! Join us Saturday, Apr. 9, at Events Park, located at 21101 E. 101st, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., for a day of litter cleanup and recycling collection. You do not need to be part of a cleanup group to participate in the drive-through recycling event. The following recyclable items will be collected:

  • Tires (limit of 10 tires: no tractor tires, no tires with rims)
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Cardboard
  • Electronics/E-waste ($26 for TVs, $10 for CRT monitors; all others free)
  • Batteries
  • Plastic grocery bags
  • Sharps/Needles (must be in a red sharps container; contact us for a free container prior to drop-off)
  • Vape cartridges and batteries
  • Ammunition (50 caliber or less only)
  • Paper shredding (limit of 3 boxes)
  • Organics (i.e., food scraps and coffee grounds for compost)

You do not need to sign up or volunteer to clean up litter to participate in the drive-through Recycling Rally. Just show up with your recyclables and our friendly volunteers will remove the item(s) from your car and you’ll be good to go.
