 Lately, designers are using a lot of hard-surface, manufactured materials on floors, walls and ceilings.  They offer luxury vinyl tile products that look like wood, but are more durable and a great choice if you have pets, active children or moisture issues.
Grigsby’s carries a beautiful, 3-layered engineered product called Wallplanks TM that combines a high density fiberboard core sandwiched between two hardwood veneers.  It has a precision ship lap joint milled on its long sides.  The result is a light weight and stable plank that is only 1/4” thick, 5.1” wide with lengths from 12” to 48”.  This collection uses a patent pending process of infusing stain pigments into hardwood veneers creating numerous renditions of reclaimed or exotic wood designs that are easily maintained.
