Nikki Hall, Cari Bohannan, and Kayla Dossett welcome holiday shoppers to The District on Main in downtown Claremore.
Cari Bohannan, owner of The District on Main, and her staff can help you find the perfect gift for that hard-to-shop-for person in your life. “At The District, we know the key questions to ask,” says Cari. “By asking about an individual’s likes and dislikes, we can narrow down the choices and help you find a gift your loved one is certain to enjoy.”
Lots of fantastic choices in clothing, jewelry, accessories, body care and home items are offered at The District on Main. The upscale boutique carries popular brands such as Kendra Scott, Rustic Cuff, Lily Pulitzer, Lollia, Archipelago and Brighton, which includes jewelry, handbags, watches, sunglasses and charms. Clothing ranges from extra small to extra large.
Cari says you can’t go wrong with a new pair of soft, cuddly pajamas under the tree, and The District has a new selection of pj’s available. Also new to the store is the Frye Company. “Frye items are made with the finest quality leathers, and their boots and handbags make wonderful gifts,” says Cari.
Other gift-giving ideas include picture frames, candles, stationery and planners, and collegiate items. “You don’t have to leave Claremore and fight the crowds in a larger town to do your Christmas shopping. By shopping local, you keep our tax dollars here in Rogers County. At the same time, you have less holiday stress and can find that perfect gift without a lot of hassle,” says Cari. Gift certificates are available, and the store offers layaway until December 24.
While you’re stocking up on gifts at The District, you’ll also have the chance to win huge cash prizes. The District on Main is a participating merchant in Claremore’s Santa Cash program, a Chamber of Commerce campaign that promotes local spending. Shoppers have the chance to win cash prizes of up to $5,000 by accumulating lottery-style tickets from area retailers and service providers. You receive tickets simply by going into participating locations, as well as by purchasing from them.
“We have a wide variety of merchandise, including menswear such as Southern Tide and Southern Marsh. No matter what your budget or who is on your list, we can help you select the perfect gift for that special person,” adds Cari.
