Sarkeys Foundation has awarded a $50,000 grant to Hospitality House of Tulsa to expand access to family medical lodging.
Kim Henry, Executive Director of Sarkeys Foundation, shared, “We are pleased to partner with Hospitality House of Tulsa to help the families of those struggling with illnesses find an affordable place to stay while their loved ones must travel to receive treatment.”
Hospitality House of Tulsa operates under two programs to make affordable, compassionate medical lodging accessible to all: Hospitality House of Tulsa and Lodgingly.
Since opening its doors in 2006, Hospitality House of Tulsa has served over 9,700 families. They provide lodging, meals, transportation assistance, laundry services, prayer support, and more to families caring for loved ones in medical crises away from home.
Lodgingly, Hospitality House of Tulsa’s newest program, partners with local hotels to provide deeply discounted, high-quality rooms for families traveling to receive medical treatment. Lodgingly provides additional services to guests, including restaurant discounts, prayer support, access to pet boarding options, and transportation assistance.
Toni Moore, President and CEO of Hospitality House of Tulsa, shared, “We are so grateful for the generous grant from the Sarkeys Foundation. This important gift will allow us to continue to support the families traveling to Tulsa for medical care and expand our Lodgingly program to other communities like Oklahoma City, and beyond.”
Sarkeys Foundation is dedicated to improving Oklahoma through grants to nonprofits that are making a difference in their community. This grant is significant in helping Hospitality House of Tulsa and Lodgingly continue to create sustainable programs to serve families in the future.

Hospitality House of Tulsa is a Christian, faith-based nonprofit organization that provides home-like lodging, meals, prayer support, transportation assistance and other services to families traveling to Tulsa from 30 miles away or greater for critical medical care. Hospitality House serves approximately 825 families facing a medical crises each year.
