Construction signs have a way of saying, “come back again” or “we’ll open soon.” But, Jim Norton Toyota is still open for business and eagerly anticipates the ability to offer even better service to their clientele!

You will notice signs of progress at this thriving, south-Tulsa auto dealership. In nine months, their completed renovations will offer customers an even greater level of the exceptional service for which they are known.

According to Fixed Operations Manager, Lloyd Van Zant, the upgrades underway will enhance their dealership in several ways. “We are doubling our overall service capacity by tripling the size of the sales showroom,” he states.

The dealership will be able to spotlight more automobiles by displaying them throughout the new, spacious showroom. Customers will have a greater selection right on the showroom floor and should enjoy the additional space and openness of the new showroom.

“Beyond showroom capacity, we’ve also planned to triple our parts storage area,” Van Zant confirms. “Customers can expect expedient service as a result of our ability to warehouse additional inventory.

Jim Norton Toyota has also built a reputation in the rental market. Van Zant adds, “The improvements being made include a dedicated rental office. This enlarges our available rental fleet beyond the current number of ninety-five.”

Customers awaiting service or needing a place to relax while browsing inventory will soon enjoy an expanded “lounge area”. The new design will feature a café and coffee bar when construction is completed.

Jim Norton Toyota has been at their South Memorial location since 1995. The noticeable improvements being made are a testimonial to customers that they’re committed to always being Tulsa’s Toyota leader.

Van Zant’s role in this successful dealership began the day it opened. He’s witnessed their growth while on a path from technician to service manager, and now Fixed Operations.

He and his team of skilled technicians are in the upper echelon of the nation. All will benefit from the expansion project. While in the construction phase, Van Zant confidently affirms, “We’re still open, working at full capacity, and our service flow hasn’t slowed.”

Jim Norton Toyota’s service department continues to offer convenient service utilizing the most sophisticated diagnostic and repair equipment available. The trust established through the years with the public will remain foundational in all aspects of the business as the dealership expands.

From service, to sales and rental, you will discover the staff to be courteous, helpful and responsive to your individual needs. This assures customers that no inconvenience will be experience during the dealership’s transformation.

During the expansion, Van Zant highlights their service department’s commitment to convenience saying, “We now offer extended Express Lube service hours to 9 p.m.” The increased Monday-to-Friday hours will offer customers additional time to keep their vehicles maintained and running optimally.

The dealership’s motto is “Whatever It Takes”. And the expansion project communicates that they are, indeed, committed to taking whatever steps are necessary to provide ongoing automotive excellence to customers.

Drive by, check out the construction, and witness the future of Jim Norton Toyota. Better yet, drive onto the lot and you’ll understand why their sales and service are award winning.

Jim Norton Toyota. Please pardon the dust and slight inconvenience. But, know for sure that they are open, doing business, and operating at full capacity in every department.
