Animal Aid is a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to saving sick, injured, and abused stray dogs and cats. They help animals who are sick, neglected, and injured that have been abandoned. These animals are very difficult and expensive to treat. Ultimately, they find loving homes, and encourage respect and awareness for the rights of companion animals.
Their service to our community is funded hugely by donations and fundraising events like the one coming up June 3rd, Animal Aid of Tulsa’s Putting for Pets. It’s a lively golf tournament taking place at Mohawk Park Golf Course, 5223 E 41st St North, Tulsa. Lunch and swag provided to all lucky foursomes who participate. The cost is $300.00 per foursome.
Cheerleaders, press, influencers and fans are admitted free and asked to bring an item or two from their wish list. Items needed are dry dog food, harnesses, and crates; you can also go to Smile.Amazon.com page to check out more needed items. This website also features a “set as default” charity option that allows you to make a free donation to Animal Aid of Tulsa with qualifying purchases. This is a great way to get involved, have some fun, and help in a truly heartfelt way. Won’t you join in for a furry fun-filled day?
