Mayfest Volunteer Positions Available

Organizers of the 2007 Tulsa International Mayfest, scheduled for May 17 through 20 in beautiful downtown Tulsa, are seeking volunteers for the festival.  Both individual and corporate teams of volunteers are needed for the following categories: coupon sales, beverage sales, souvenir sales, KidZone activities, artist relations, as well as hosting the youth art gallery.

    Interested volunteers should visit www.tulsamayfest.org and click on “About” and then on “Volunteer” to download a volunteer application or contact Barbara Pendleton, volunteer coordinator, at (918) 951-1664.  Volunteer shifts are approximately three to four hours each, and volunteers are welcome to work one or more shifts throughout the festival.  Volunteering at Mayfest is a fun and entertaining way to give back to the community and meet new people.  Each volunteer will receive a $5 off coupon for official Mayfest merchandise.
