Bob Anthony of Bob’s Paint & Body Shop has been providing automotive paint and repair in Broken Arrow for nearly 23 years.
Bob’s Paint & Body Shop is a full-service business with a genuine commitment to professional, affordable and personalized service. Co-owners Bob and Debbie Anthony have been doing business in Broken Arrow for over two decades. Bob has a total of 30 years in his profession. He and Debbie started Bob’s Paint & Body Shop in 1987, and the company remains family owned and operated. They have been at their current location on Redbud Avenue for five years.
Bob and Debbie take pride in the quality of work they offer at Bob’s Paint & Body Shop. “Our excellence is guaranteed,” says Bob. “You can’t be in this business for 23 years and not be doing something right. If you’re not taking care of your customers and satisfying them with the repairs you do, you’re just not going to be in business long.” Debbie says they get a lot of repeat customers and word-of-mouth advertising from loyal customers. Bob’s Paint & Body Shop has families who have been doing business with them for three generations. That’s saying a lot about the way they treat their customers.
Bob’s Paint & Body Shop offers all types of repair work on personal vehicles and commercial box trucks, including Unibody frame repairs. They also do a lot of repairs and touch-up work on new and used cars for various auto dealers in the area.
Bob’s shop uses a computer paint-matching program to ensure customer approval. According to Bob, “Excellence is guaranteed,” and they provide a lifetime warranty on paint. Bob uses certified parts on all repairs, and technicians are all I-Car and ASE certified. Parts used to repair your vehicle carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Co-owner Debbie Anthony handles front office duties for Bob’s Paint & Body Shop.
The customer always has the final choice on what shop will do the repair work after a claim is approved. Bob’s Paint & Body Shop is set up to handle the entire project when you need their services – everything from bodywork to automotive paint, plus the insurance claim.
When you come in to get a free estimate on your vehicle, be sure to bring the claim number issued by your insurance company at the time you reported your accident. You won’t need anything formal – just jot the claim number down and bring it with you when you come in. Bob’s Paint & Body Shop works with all insurance companies.
Everybody wants to know how long repairs to their vehicle will take. Quality repairs always begin with a detailed written estimate outlining all parts and labor that will be needed to properly repair your vehicle. Trained estimators make it a practice to anticipate problems before they occur. However, there are sometimes hidden damages that are not discovered until the damaged area has been dismantled. Should your vehicle’s completion date be revised, you will be kept informed throughout the repair process, and you will be back in your vehicle as quickly as possible.
There is a very comfortable customer lounge with a big screen television at Bob’s Paint & Body Shop. They provide pick-up and delivery services if you are unable to make your own arrangements. They will also help you set up a car rental to be delivered when you bring your car in.
The next time you need repair work done to your wrecked or damaged vehicle, Bob and Debbie hope you will allow them the opportunity to demonstrate how they’ve earned their stellar reputation for quality service.
