Manager Randy Pierce and Service Consultant John Petty make doing business at Quick Lane an enjoyable experience.
Quick Lane® operates more than 530 tire and automotive centers nationwide, and offers all the services your car or truck needs to keep it operating optimally. They also welcome fleet customers. As with all Quick Lanes, the location in Tulsa at I-44 and the Arkansas River behind Bob Hurley Ford is staffed by factory-trained experts. They provide service to all makes and models of automobiles and are celebrating one year in business this month.
“We want our customers to know that life is better in the Quick Lane. We go out of our way to provide quality service, and do so by being available on the customer’s schedule,” says Fixed Operations Director Rod Hurley. Customers say that this Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center has done a great job with keeping customers satisfied, and the staff has exceeded even their own expectations during their first year of operation.
Since opening last year, Tulsa’s Quick Lane has consistently made the top ten list of Quick Lane facilities in the Dallas Region, and has been rated the number two establishment for the past four months. “All of our employees believe it’s just a matter of time before we top the list for the Dallas Region,” says Hurley.
Quick Lane is a full-service facility providing products, parts, and services including brakes, tune-ups, coolant flushing, CV (constant velocity) axles, batteries, belts and shoes, alignments, steering and suspension, factory-scheduled maintenance, transmission flushing, fuel injection cleaning, tire rotations, and brand name tires including Goodyear, Michelin, Continental and more. It’s also a convenient place to come in for a quick oil and air filter change. These products and services are offered for all vehicle makes and models.
Another service provided by the factory-trained auto service technicians at Quick Lane is their Vehicle Check-Up Report. This checklist ensures a thorough inspection of your vehicle’s key components and systems from bumper to bumper. After the inspection, you will be provided an in-depth report that helps you easily monitor your car or truck’s future maintenance needs.
Proper vehicle maintenance doesn’t just help extend the life of your vehicle – it can help relieve a little of the financial pressures we’ve all been experiencing because of higher gas prices. A well-maintained car or truck can help boost fuel economy and miles per gallon averages.
Quick Lane has a comfortable, clean waiting area where customers may enjoy free coffee, clean restrooms, a big-screen TV, and even Wifi wireless Internet service. “Drive-ins” are always welcomed and are attended to on a first-come, first-served basis. Or, you may always call ahead and schedule an appointment.
Manager Randy Pierce is proud of Quick Lane’s Best Price Guaranty. “We will beat any competitor’s price on any brand name tire. You just can’t beat our prices.”
Tulsa’s Quick Lane is celebrating its one-year anniversary throughout the month of December. If your car or truck needs an oil change, new tires or other services, you’ll want to visit Quick Lane, enjoy a free cup of coffee, and check out some of their special anniversary deals. Give them a try, and you’ll see why life is better in the Quick Lane. Hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
