Tulsa New Holland adds new service manager to long-lasting legacy of employees.

Tulsa New Holland’s new service manager, Tosh Shrum, has spent his life around lawn and agriculture equipment and the people who use them.  Today, he gets to use his lifetime of experience to service those who need that equipment the most: the growing number of hay farmers coming into Tulsa New Holland for all their mower and tractor needs.

“I grew up knowing the people who worked the farms and fields around here,” Tosh says.  “My step mom was the service manager at John Deere and she was good at it.  I learned a lot being around her and was hired after high school to work with her.  For nearly 10 more years, I learned about the customers’ field needs, the repairs their equipment needed, and the fact that when they need you, you have to be available for them.  This is their living.  My customers are like friends to me.  I give them my cell phone number and they call me often for whatever they need help with.”

That customer-focused heart is what led Tulsa New Holland’s Travis McCrate to hire Tosh.
