Cindy McDonald and Annette Bowles invite you to participate in Sapulpa Main Street’s Jingle Bell Sweepstakes.
Sapulpa’s Jingle Bell Sweepstakes kicks into gear with ticket distributions to shoppers and patrons of participating local businesses on November 10, 2012. The Jingle Bell Sweepstakes promotion will run through 6 p.m. December 14, 2012. The highly anticipated drawing for the $10,000 grand prize will be held at 1 p.m. on December 15 at the Creek County Courthouse Plaza in downtown Sapulpa. You must be present to win! Gather up your tickets on December 15 and head to downtown Sapulpa come rain or shine.
Any retail store owner, merchant, or business owner can participate in the Jingle Bell Sweepstakes, whether the business is retail or non-retail by nature. Retail businesses will be giving away tickets at their discretion, with the rule of thumb being one ticket for each $10 worth of merchandise purchased.
Thousands of dollars will be spent during the prime sales period of the promotion to advertise businesses participating in the 2012 Jingle Bell Sweepstakes. Promotional media will include print ads, table tents, posters, billboards, Facebook and newspaper coverage. Additional direct mail and numerous speaking engagements by Jingle Bell committee members will top off the campaign’s promotional efforts. The annual sweepstakes campaign encourages Sapulpa and surrounding area residents to shop in Sapulpa, knowing that with each purchase, they increase their personal odds of winning the $10,000 grand prize.
It is estimated that the annual Jingle Bell Sweepstakes will generate between $100,000 to $500,000 in city tax collections, an obvious boost to the economy of the city of Sapulpa. Each resident of the community is encouraged to shop locally during the promotion and throughout the year to help ensure the good health of Sapulpa businesses well into the future.
Employees and business owners are not eligible to win on their own business’s tickets, but they can win by shopping other participants’ businesses. If you are a participating merchant, it is your responsibility to deliver Jingle Bell tickets from your business to the Sapulpa Main Street office at 101 E. Dewey Ave. by 6 p.m. December 14.
No tickets are to be distributed to consumers after that, and tickets must be torn apart before they are turned in. Be a Sapulpa supporter! Do your part to help encourage and promote local businesses by doing your holiday and any other shopping in Sapulpa. One of you is going to win the $10,000 grand prize. Will it be you?
