Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow provides sales and service for Buick GMC products and other brands. Located just south of the Broken Arrow Expressway on Elm Place, the dealership is a landmark in the Broken Arrow community.

“We’re a small dealership that offers big service,” says Service Manager Jim Crews. The Ferguson Superstore is family owned, and Jim takes pride in the care the service department gives to first-time and long-time customers alike. Each time you visit, whether for an oil change or service work, your vehicle receives a multi-point vehicle inspection, and you receive a copy of the findings. The inspection includes checking wiper blades and system, battery, vital fluids, and brakes with a note on the amount of friction material remaining on each.

Your vehicle also gets a visual check of headlight lenses, taillights, turn signals and tread depth. And finally, each operating system of your car is inspected and noted as being okay, requiring future attention, or in need of immediate attention. The multi-point vehicle inspection provides customers peace of mind knowing that their car is in good shape or that a potential problem has been identified before it became a major problem.

Ferguson’s highly qualified technicians provide exceptional service in a timely manner. From scheduled oil changes to transmission replacements, the entire service team is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of customer service to both new and pre-owned car buyers. Jim Crews has enjoyed his career in automotive services for more than 30 years. During that time he has worked for only three dealerships, all GMC. Jim came to Oklahoma seven years ago and has served as Ferguson’s service manager the past three years. “Two of our highly skilled technicians have 17 and 23 years experience, respectively, and I was a factory certified GMC technician for 24 years,” says Jim. “We have state-of-the-art Hunter alignment equipment and GM diagnostic equipment, enabling us to correctly diagnose today’s highly sophisticated, computerized automobiles.”

Since March of 2010, Ferguson has offered customers purchasing either a new or pre-owned vehicle a free membership in the Ferguson Preferred Owner Service/Parts Discount Program. The program includes discounts for lifetime oil changes and the dealership’s roadside assistance program.

Ferguson’s roadside assistance program includes towing of your vehicle to the closest suitable repair location, a jumpstart to a dead or weakened battery in the vehicle, provision of gas or other fluids to your vehicle, lock-out services if keys are locked in your vehicle, and the replacement of a flat tire with your vehicle’s inflated spare tire.

Visit the Ferguson service department for full details and noted restrictions on these packages.
