The Indian Women’s Pocahontas Club is proud to announce the Higher Education Scholarship Recipients for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year.

• Dawson Arnett from Shawnee will be attending Fort Hays State University, KS

• Mahayla Baccus from Tulsa will be attending Oral Roberts University

• Carson Draeger from Chelsea will be attending the University of Central Oklahoma

• Monique Goudeau from Edmond will be attending the University of Central Oklahoma

• Lucille Ledbetter from Muskogee will be attending the University of Tulsa

• Kelsey Peper from Adair will be attending Oklahoma State University

• Jacie Moffett from Jay will be attending Carl Albert State College

• Jadyn McDonald from Vinita will be attending Northeastern Oklahoma A&M

• Emily Ward from Locust Grove will be attending Oklahoma State University

• Evan Weaver from Adair will be attending Northeastern State University

• Kameron Long from Pawhuska - RSU - Foreman Faulkner Scholarship Endowment

• Ansley Ramsey from Oologah - RSU - Foreman Faulkner Scholarship Endowment

• Amber Tate from Nowata - RSU - Foreman Faulkner Scholarship Endowment

• Mackenna Markes from Bison - OSU - Dawson-Nelson Akanadi Endowed Scholarship

• Kylee Leach from Salina is the recipient of the Imogene King Crutchfield Scholarship and will be attending Northeastern State University.

• Marisa Reed from Broken Arrow is the recipient of the Doris “Coke” Meyer Memorial Scholarship and will be attending the University of Oklahoma.

• Brea Lamb from Hulbert is the recipient of the Doris “Coke” Meyer Memorial Scholarship and will be attending Rogers State University.

• Ashlee Brown from Roland is the recipient of the Cherokee Nation Foundation, Indian Women’s Pocahontas Club Scholarship and will be attending the University of Phoenix

The Indian Women’s Pocahontas Club Higher Education Scholarship program sponsors ten (10) Cherokee students, male or female, enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education (college, university, or career tech school), with an $1000.00 per academic year scholarship. Join us in congratulating these outstanding students and wishing them success in their academic endeavors.
