Raising the flag on a new era of Dodge.
The Jim Glover Auto Family has proudly opened Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Owasso providing sales and service to Metro Tulsa. Jim Glover, Kristen Glover-Galyean and Jared Glover are Partner/Owners with Jared serving as Dealer Operator. “You’re invited to come and see our beautifully designed new facility, meet our employees and see the impressive lineup of models,” said Jared. “A Grand Opening Celebration will be announced in the near future and we hope you’ll join us for festivities.” With this product line, they’ve got you covered!
Jim Glover began his career in 1991 with the opening of Jim Glover Dodge in Midwest City when son Jared was just two years old. Jim came to Broken Arrow in 1996 to open his second Dodge dealership. The family has gone full circle by opening the new Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat store in Owasso. And coincidentally, Jared’s son Jareson is two.
Several employees of the Jim Glover Auto Family have made the move with Jared. They are: General Sales Manager Adam Clinkenbeard (10 years); Used Car Director Mazen Daouk (6 years); Service and Parts Manager/Fixed Operations Director Kaelen Knight (13 years); and T.J. Ellis, Service Manager from the River Store (2 years).
When asked where he sees the future, Jared responded, “Our new dealership is of modern design with lots of glass…on the outside, from the Service Lounge looking into the shop, and even our offices. This design structure blends perfectly with our overall focus on transparency. Customers can see each process necessary to purchasing a vehicle. We’re doing our best to speed up the buying process by arming our sales, service and finance personnel with state-of-the-art electronic equipment making for a smooth, improved experience for every customer.
“Our professional sales staff carry tablets that give them access to our entire inventory. They can recommend specific vehicles equipped as the customer has designated. Finance Department personnel use devices with touch-screen features permitting interactive presentations and videos on products. Full disclosure information is available in multiple languages and each customer is given a thumb drive with all documentation at the conclusion of the sale. No more fat envelopes full of paper documents! We’re doing our best to speed up the buying process with a huge inventory of new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat vehicles plus a number of modern customer experience features that you’re unlikely to find at other area dealers. We even have a Jeep test track on 76th Street behind Holiday Inn. The course is exciting, but we’ve kept it safe.”
Their service and parts departments are a lot more than a routine oil change. They offer support when you need it through masterful technology and skill. Veteran service advisors and parts specialists all have several years experience; their expertise is to define your needs, assist you in solving any issues, and produce excellent results in a timely fashion. Whether you are an individual stopping in for maintenance or a commercial fleet owner…they want you to know that they care for vehicles and care for the people driving them even more.
Jared and his staff appreciate the opportunity to be part of Owasso’s growing marketplace. “It’s really exciting being the anchor on 106th Street with so much development on the horizon,” said Jared. “When you come in for a test drive during the month of October, mention our ‘Rams Driving Rams’ campaign and we’ll make a donation to the Owasso Rams! We hope you’ll come in soon to see our beautiful new dealership and let us be of service to you!”
