Led by Larry Grimm, Phillip Nash, Jarrett Rector and Sam Griffith, the 17 technicians at South Pointe have obtained the highest level of training in servicing Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles. With 42 available stalls for maintaining and repairing vehicles, the technicians feel spoiled. Better yet, a slushie machine is available to keep technicians cool and spirits high. Four 25-foot fans span the service area to further keep workers happy. “We have a really high level of honesty among our employees,” Griffin says. “They’re really good people and can really be trusted.”

Also at the facility is new factory diagnostic equipment and, according to Griffin, “brand new everything.” Customers also enjoy the automatic car wash, which washes every car that undergoes service.

Adding to the high-quality service is the expansive parts storage at South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The 27,000-square-foot area makes this location the go-to parts warehouse for eastern Oklahoma, as well as for surrounding states. With over $1 million in parts inventory, ordering can usually be avoided. Therefore faster service is provided to customers.

Enjoyed by the 14 parts employees at South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge, all parts are stored in one central location. “Before we moved into this facility, our parts were stored in five different places,” says Chris Sloan, parts director. “We’re much more efficient in one location.” As one of the top 100 Chrysler Jeep Dodge parts distributors in the nation, South Pointe distributes to most dealers in Tulsa.

Sloan routinely keeps his shelves filled by spending as much as $30,000 on daily parts orders. “Our supply is driven by demand,” he says. “We order parts that are being requested by customers and dealerships.” Sloan and Griffin both insist that the new South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge facility is the ideal location for customers who want quality, fast service without having to wait for parts to arrive from various places.
