Tulsa Garden Center’s annual Gardening Info Fair takes place Saturday, February 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free.
Free information! Gardeners, you will have the opportunity to find all the answers to your gardening questions at Tulsa Garden Center’s annual Gardening Info Fair on Saturday, February 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. From new plant introductions for 2009 to horticultural experts and landscape designers, this is truly the one day to get all the information you need to start your spring project.
Tulsa Garden Center’s many affiliate gardening groups will be participating. These organizations will provide information and resources on specific plant topics.
During this event, Tulsa Garden Center’s Director of Horticulture Barry Fugatt will present a seminar, “Great Soils.” Learn how to create a soil truly healthy and productive and how to maintain that productivity over the long haul. This presentation will be held in the Tulsa Garden Center Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Cost for the seminar is $15 per person. Information will be available on Tulsa Garden Center’s variety of classes and seminars for the spring sessions, with the opportunity to register during this event.
Be sure to stop by the Tulsa Garden Center Gift Shop and check out all their garden essentials: gardening gloves, hats, small hand tools, clay pots and other garden accessories.
