Chip Christian and Reuben Evans at the Conservatory in Woodward Park.
Join Woodward Park gardeners Reuben Evans and Chip Christian as they present “The World of Plants in the Woodward Park Conservatory.” This presentation will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Tulsa Garden Center and the Conservatory in Woodward Park.
Chip and Reuben will present detailed information about some of their favorite plants in the Conservatory. The plants they’ll present will be representative of their associated plant family. They’ll discuss what makes the plant unique, what are its bloom and growth habits, how they need to be maintained and cared for, and to what areas of the world they are native.
After the formal lecture, participants will adjourn to the Woodward Park Conservatory with Chip and Reuben acting as their personal plant ambassadors. Photographers should bring their cameras since there will be great photography opportunities.
This presentation will be held in the Tulsa Garden Center Ballroom from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Call
