Carol Carter makes certain every employee she hires at Maid with Integrity shares her values and strong work ethic.

Integrity is instilled in everything that Carol Carter does. She learned strong work values when she was growing up on the family's northeast Oklahoma farm, where she took pride in working in the produce and hay fields with her siblings. This same sense of responsibility stuck with her as she served as Director of Supply Chain for a large utility. Now she applies it to her own business of making homes and offices clean.

A strong work ethic is the driving force behind Maid With Integrity, a residential and commercial cleaning service. Unlike many other cleaning services that use independent contractors, Carol hires employees who are trained and insured, and who pass a thorough background check. “I don’t want my customers to be concerned about who is in their home,” she says. “I hire only honest and reputable people who share my values.”

Carol or a member of management opens each house, then returns to inspect the finished job and close the house. Sometimes she stays to help clean.

Working hard for what she wants is something Carol has done all her life. She worked full time, raised a family and spent several years attending night school to get a good education, first with a bachelor's and then a master's degree. Now she is working hard to make people happy by keeping their homes sparkling clean. Carol and her husband Gerald also own and operate a successful commercial construction company.

Maid With Integrity uses cleaning products that leave no chemical buildup. They’ll use your products if you prefer, or special “green” products.

Extra measures are taken to provide a safe and healthy environment for you and your family. All kitchen and bathroom hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, so dirt isn’t just moved around. Vacuum cleaner bags are emptied and sanitized after each use to avoid spreading anyone else’s home residue. This is especially important during cold and flu season, and in households with pets or those who suffer from allergies. Mops and all cleaning tools are also sanitized. Dust rags are disinfected and laundered without fabric softener that may irritate some people’s senses.

The smallest details, including towel racks, wall decorations and switch plates, are covered as standard procedure. Any trouble spot that you call to their attention will be handled with extra care.

A good, thorough cleaning can make day-to-day pick up quicker and easier. Contract cleaning is available on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. Cleaning packages that include window facings and blinds, oven cleaning, interior refrigerator cleaning, washing dishes and laundry are available and can be customized to your needs. Or they can provide one-time cleaning, or move out or move in cleaning.

If you’re in a hurry to complete a project or need your cleaning on the weekend, Maid With Integrity is available then at no extra charge. Concentrate on other important matters in your life or just enjoy precious time for yourself while your house is cleaned.
