Have recent storms put hail dings on your vehicle? You want them repaired, but who can you trust to do the job right and stand behind their work? According to owner Ralph Higinbotham, the answer is Premier Collision in Broken Arrow.

Ralph and his partners Roger Higinbotham and Monte Whitaker can inspect your vehicle and provide you with a free damage estimate in about 15 minutes. They work with all insurance companies and participate in several direct-repair programs. Premier Collision’s 30,000-square-foot facility even includes an onsite Avis car rental office, allowing you to complete your business in one stop.

Large project or small, Premier has the same premium standards for employees and products. Faye Higinbotham, office manager, says that all their technicians are I-Car Gold Class certified. This certification requires technicians to attend classes each year to be updated on products and techniques.

Premier Collision uses PPG paints and downdraft spray-paint booths for a factory baked-on finish. And all painting and workmanship come with a lifetime warranty, a benefit many shops do not offer. “PPG paint is not the cheapest, but it’s the best,” said Faye. “That’s how we can offer this warranty.”

People in Broken Arrow know the Higinbothams, and they know that their vehicles are in good hands at Premier Collision. Ralph and Faye have lived in the community for 30 years. Ralph was a body shop manager for over 10 years before opening Premier in 2001.

Faye explains that they don’t simply take care of cars; they take care of the people who drive them. The team does everything they possibly can to relieve stress on customers, such as providing after-hours service when needed.

One customer, for instance, left church on a recent Sunday morning and found hail damage all over her car. She called Premier, and they safely stored her car until the next day. Another customer called one evening to report that he was in an accident and could not drive his car. Faye and Ralph arranged for a tow truck to pick up his vehicle and deliver it to the shop.

“People don’t have accidents every year,” said Faye. “But they remember us when they want their windows tinted or when their son wants a CD player installed.” Premier also offers upholstery, alarms and electronics installation, aftermarket accessories, and spray-on bed liners.
